Q. Are there any product minimums required for purchase?
A. Marie Deneen does not have a product minimum on purchases. However, you may consider ordering in bulk to help reduce your overall shipping cost.
Q. How quickly will I receive my order?
A. Your order will be processed at Marie Deneen within 24-48 hours. Shipment depends on the carrier and time frame that you select.

Q. What happens if the product is not available?
A. Your account will be credited. As soon as the product becomes available it will be shipped out and your order will be reapplied to your credit card.
Q. Why is the Bodywash and Lotion Line called the Upside?
A. Uniquely designed, Marie Deneen body washes and lotions comprise "The Upside" line. These bottles can be placed upside down but can also be used the typical way. The UPSIDE is based on the principle of the bottle being half full. Following this principle, we believe in assisting the communities that provide the ingredients used in our products.

(800) 232-9345. All orders must be paid prior to goods being shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Certified Check, money order, Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Wire Transfers.
Pricing and Taxes
As a result of market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. We have no minimum order requirements. Taxes are added at check out.
Back-Ordered Products
Sometimes, products become out of stock by the time your order is received at the warehouse. In these rare instances, your charge card may have already been billed for the item. If an item is out of stock after your order has been made, you will receive a Marie Deneen credit. If the out of stock item is received within a few days and the amount is more than $25, we will ship the merchandise once it arrives. If the amount is less than $25 or if the item is not expected to arrive within a short period of time, we will credit your charge card for the item.
Shipping and Handling
Most orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground within 48-72 hours. UPS now offers ground service to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Saturday Delivery, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select delivery options are available during checkout.
Saturday delivery is only available with UPS Next Day Air orders shipping on Friday and is an additional $13 per box above the UPS Next Day Air shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot ship out on Customer UPS shipping accounts.
UPS Canada Standard is the standard method used for most Canadian deliveries (some locations within Canada require us to use UPS Worldwide Express). All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that the package may incur.
The customer is responsible for any additional fees charged by UPS for address corrections. UPS charges this fee when packages are missing suite numbers, contain typos including zip code errors, or contain any other incorrect information that is supplied by the customer within the "Ship To" area of our order form. UPS also charges for address changes such as dropping off your package at any address other than the one provided in the "Ship To" area of the order form. The UPS address correction fee is $5 per box. We reserve the right to charge for these fees as soon as we are notified of them.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship via C.O.D. We cannot ship to post office boxes, to APO/FPO addresses, or via postal services within the US or international addresses. Please have your order shipped to a friend or relative who can then forward it on to you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All orders require your signature upon package delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges if a package is returned because no one was available to accept it. If you make a special request to have UPS leave your package without your signature, we will place the request on the box; however, there is no guarantee that UPS will comply. UPS has their own policies and since they are responsible if the package is stolen or misplaced, follow these policies accordingly.
When ordering online, the shipping amount shown during checkout is only an estimated charge generated by the UPS online system. Sometimes, it is not possible to accurately confirm shipping until your order is packed. We reserve the right to charge the full shipping amount to your credit card once the order has been shipped. This will show up as a second charge on your credit card.
International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that the package may incur.
Return Policy
We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges), if returned intact. Please note that samples cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Returns authorized beyond the two-week period will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
If an error has been made on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment.
All product returns require an authorization number. This R.A number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
All products must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited. Similarly, full credit is subject to a quality control inspection.
Damage Claims
Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items, or missing boxes to both UPS and Marie Deneen within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the UPS driver and then report it directly to UPS. UPS will send someone to inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact UPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by UPS. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from UPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order.
